Having signed Joan Garcia from Espanyol for €25 million and Marcus Rashford from Manchester United (on loan with a €35 million option to buy), FC Barcelona is already satisfied with what it has. Joan Laporta even claims that his club's transfer window is closed in terms of arrivals.
"In principle, there will be no new signings this summer ," explains the club boss, also satisfied to have secured many extensions. " We have a good squad, and the coach wants to strengthen the first team with players from the reserve team... so we are not expecting any new contracts at the moment."
