Laporta is not worried about Barça and Hansi Flick

FC Barcelona has been in a slump for the past few weeks. Results have become inconsistent, in addition to their defeat at the Santiago Bernabéu against Real Madrid. The Blaugrana narrowly avoided disaster in the Champions League at Club Brugge, miraculously escaping with a 3-3 draw after the referee disallowed the Belgians' last goal in stoppage time, which appeared perfectly legitimate. Tensions have risen in the dressing room. Hansi Flick is frustrated with some players and is struggling to find solutions to make his defense more impenetrable. Joan Laporta, for his part, believes that the team and the dressing room are in good shape.

“I’m not worried. We’re focused on our daily progress. Hansi has very clear ideas and actively participates in managing the situations that arise during the season ,” stated the Barça president. “ We’re second in La Liga and we hope to play well in Vigo to close the gap. We’re facing Chelsea in the Champions League… We have confidence in this team and in our coach. Players are returning from injury, and even those playing through pain are performing well. We’re satisfied with the team and its work.” This statement was intended to calm the emerging tensions.
