Forced off with an injury Wednesday night against FC Lorient, Désiré Doué had Paris Saint-Germain fans seriously worried. But PSG reassured them on Thursday with a statement. "Injured during this match, Désiré Doué has suffered a calf injury and is expected to be sidelined for approximately four weeks." The injury is less serious than initially feared for the Frenchman.
On Thursday evening, the PSG striker took to social media to thank the fans for the many messages of support he had received in recent hours. "Thank you all for your support! See you very soon ," he wrote.
