After a long and intense season, Paris Saint-Germain is dealing with numerous injuries. This isn't good news for Luis Enrique and his staff. Regarding the players, L'Equipe reported a psychosis in the Parisian dressing room regarding physical problems. RMC Sport doesn't necessarily have the same feedback. In an article published this Monday afternoon, the French media outlet revealed that some PSG players are experiencing these injuries as "a blessing in disguise."
Indeed, these players believe that it is preferable to get injured now in order to heal peacefully since we are only at the beginning of this season and quite far from the money time. Moreover, they also know that this break, after a long season and a very short and truncated preparation, will allow them to heal without stress and then do a mini-physical preparation. RMC Sport specifies that the currently injured players believe that they still need to work on their fundamentals. This passage through the infirmary is therefore not a bad experience, quite the contrary. Ousmane Dembélé, crowned Ballon d'Or last Monday, will even go to the Aspetar center in Qatar to continue his rehabilitation.
