Chelsea: Nicolas Jackson has chosen his next destination

After being rejected by its main attacking targets, Newcastle could well succeed in recruiting Nicolas Jackson (24 years old). Indeed, unlike Hugo Ekitike, who preferred Liverpool, and Benjamin Šeško, who joined Manchester United, the Senegalese striker, who has already informed the Blues management of his wish to leave, has indeed chosen Eddie Howe's team as his preferred destination, reports The Telegraph .

The British daily, however, points out that this transfer depends on Newcastle's willingness to sell Swedish striker Alexander Isak to Liverpool. The latter has been informed by the Magpies' management that he is not for sale, but the Reds have not yet said their final word in one of the latest transfer dramas. While Isak is under contract until 2028, Newcastle are reportedly demanding more than €170 million to let the star of their attack leave.
