World Cup 2030: Spain promises the best edition in history

Rafael Louzán, president of the Spanish Football Federation, expressed enthusiasm for the 2030 World Cup, co-hosted by six countries on two continents. " It will be the best World Cup in history ," he said, noting that it will coincide with the centenary of the first edition. He plans a first meeting in Spain in September, bringing together the six host countries—Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay—to lay the foundations for the project.

Louzán emphasizes the importance of a common brand image between " the three South American countries, Spain, Portugal and Morocco ." For him, the success of this edition will depend on close coordination with the major authorities: " It is essential that FIFA is with us, Conmebol and UEFA itself too. We will all be there, each bringing our own vision ."
