PSG: Another goalkeeper is getting closer to leaving this summer

Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain are still actively working on the transfer window to prepare for next season. And while rumors remain low due to the Club World Cup the Parisians are competing in in the United States, several players lacking playing time could leave the European champions this summer. One such player is young right-back Yoram Zague, who has already left for FC Copenhagen on loan with an option to buy.

But one area that could see more movement this summer is the goalkeepers. Gianluigi Donnarumma, in particular, has expressed his desire to stay with the Red and Blues, although talks over his contract extension—which runs until 2026—are struggling to materialize. Another rival to the Italian goalkeeper is also being courted with a view to leaving: Arnau Tenas (24). The Spaniard, who has to make do with the scraps left by Gianluigi Donnarumma and Matvey Safonov, has only played in two matches this season.

Arnau Tenas would like to play more

He notably distinguished himself during the qualification for the 8th finals against Espaly (4-2), before making a name for himself against Montpellier, providing an assist for Gonçalo Ramos (4-1). Trained at La Masia, he joined Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer two seasons ago now, but he has not progressed in the hierarchy. And according to information from RTVE , the 24-year-old goalkeeper is courted in Spain, particularly by Girona, who are looking for a new goalkeeper for next season.

The media outlet specifies that Tenas is under contract until 2026, but his departure is not ruled out. The Vic native is looking for minutes and consistency, and the Catalan club's offer seems attractive to him, adds the Catalan television. Indeed, Girona coach Michel wants a competitor for Paulo Gazzaniga. However, Arnau Tenas has other offers on the table, but could also stay with Luis Enrique, who highly values him.
